About Us Modem Designs also has a
division called White Pine Builders LLC that specializes in vacation and second
homes. White Pine builds a variety of unique homes from small log cabins to
large full log masterpieces. We have lots available in central and northern
Wisconsin. Some lots feature water frontage, golf course and golf course view.
White Pine also has homes under construction some of which are on a world class

Modern Designs Construction Services is a fully licensed
and insured full-service building and remodeling company. With offices in
Milwaukee, Oconomowoc and Wausau/Northern Wisconsin, we serve clients
throughout Southeastern Wisconsin and Wisconsin’s Lake Country. Modern
Designs was founded over thirty years ago by Mark
Wille and is now run by Mr. Wille, Bruce
Alper and Mr. Wille’s son, Michael
Wille.
Modern Designs handles a wide range of jobs, but
specializes in interior remodeling, such as kitchens, bathrooms, basements and
additions. Because we are locally based, we are familiar with local codes and
zoning requirements. Our geographical proximity to your project ensures greater
